All stories on Sotare are created in collaboration with AI. Not by AI. In collaboration with it.
The premises and ideas, characters and arc, overall direction and small details are entirely human. Every scene, line of dialogue, and chapter is closely edited, shaped, and rewritten by hand before it reaches you. AI assists in drafting.
Our stories are published under house imprints—Cleo for fantasy, Sable for literary romance, Layla for short high-heat stories. Think of them as pen names, each with its own distinct voice, shelf, and standards.
We work this way because it allows two people with full-time jobs to build a library of stories we genuinely love, at a scale we couldn't otherwise manage.
